My parents celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in August 2010. I recreated their wedding cake from what I could gather from this one photo my Mema had, it was a bit of a challenge because the photo was taken from a weird angle so most of the design of the cake was washed out. The cake itself was chocolate with fudge in between the layers with white buttercream icing on the outside. I decorated each layer with a scroll design and wrote "B & B" on the bottom layer. It may not look like something from Cake Boss, but it is my first tiered cake and I am really proud of it.
